Columbia Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) has announced that Hugh Johnson, Chairman of Hugh Johnson Advisors, LLC, will keynote its 2019 Annual Meeting on April 30th from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at Kozel’s Restaurant in Ghent.
Hugh Johnson returns to CEDC’s 2019 Annual Meeting by popular demand. With his fresh and honest take on the world of business, Hugh Johnson will once again present his perspective and timely insights on New York State’s economy.
The Annual Meeting begins with a buffet breakfast at 7:30 a.m., followed by the keynote speaker. The business portion of the meeting includes the Review and Acceptance of Minutes from the 2018 Annual Meeting, a presentation on the organization’s Audit and Financial Reports, and the Election and Ratification of Directors. CEDC Chair David Fingar and President F. Michael Tucker will report on the organization’s 2018 economic development successes and present its initiatives for 2019.
