To address the local housing needs and ensure widespread participation in a prosperous economy, CEDC works closely with the Columbia County Board of Supervisors and its Affordable Housing Task Force on housing issues and the needs of the Columbia County workforce. Affordable housing is key to the retention of our valuable workforce as housing costs continue to rise in the area.
